These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Havenly (“Service”), a software application provided by Soltech LLC, doing business as Sol Company and Havenly (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Pasco, Washington, United States.
By accessing or using Havenly, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
Havenly is an equipment maintenance tracking application that allows users to manage, record, and organize maintenance-related data.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
Upload or store data you do not have the right to use or share
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Havenly.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts
To use Havenly, you must create an account using an email and password or an approved third-party login provider.
You are responsible for:

4. Subscriptions and Payments
Havenly offers paid features on a per-module basis, billed monthly or annually.
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We may change pricing at any time with reasonable notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
5. Data and Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload or store in Havenly.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

6. Data Deletion

Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
